We offer flexible live-in childcare solutions for busy professionals, particularly executives and senior healthcare professionals. Many of our host families, often lawyers and doctors with non-traditional work hours, appreciate the added flexibility we provide.
Our au pairs are bright, inquisitive young Europeans taking a break from their studies to enhance their English and engage in a family-focused cultural exchange. We carefully screen all au pairs, ensuring your children benefit not only from quality childcare but also gain exposure to European culture and language.
As the founder, originally from the Netherlands and with a background in tourism and cultural exchange, I bring a wealth of experience from living in seven countries and speaking four languages. Passionate about travel and cultural exchange, I understand the challenges of working parents, having juggled a demanding career with parenting.
Having been in the Au Pair industry since 2006, I've successfully established agencies in the UK and Australia, placing thousands of au pairs from 15 countries. I actively contribute to international initiatives in the Exchange Industry and co-founded CAPAA, the Cultural Au Pair Association of Australia.
As a mother of two grown boys, I've personally hosted numerous au pairs, forming lasting connections and friendships. The gap year experience is often described as the 'best year of their life' by young participants.
I prioritize building long-term partnerships with host families. Your relationship is with me directly, not a faceless company. I am committed to providing the highest quality service, combining a modern, technology-driven approach with personal guidance, especially valuable for first-time host families.

I'm from Germany and I am au pair in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney as well as Au Pair Coordinator.
I was au pair in Sweden and worked in an au pair agency in Sweden. I Studied in the Netherlands :)

We are proud to support Mary's House services, providing refuge accommodation for women and children and a specialised casework service for women in the community.
This way, we are not only helping our host families find a lovely au pair to help with childcare and light housework whilst becoming part of the family, we are also helping families who need to escape from their unfortunate situation.
I met Yvette, the CEO of Mary's House though my BNI network and was blown away by the greet work that they do.
Mary’s House Services is a not-for-profit organisation, funded by the community, which supports women and their children to escape and recover from domestic and family violence.
They are based on the lower north shore of Sydney and services are available to women of all faiths and cultures from anywhere in Australia.
